R 9: Hire only nationality

For the nationality requirement, this is related to the employment laws in an individual country. For some airlines they hire only from nationality, but for some airlines such as Qatar Airways and Etihad will be having majority of the crews from foreign countries. But usually airlines are hiring flight attendants from their nationality. For example airlines in Malaysia will only take Malaysian, whereas SQ will employ both Singaporean and Malaysian. MAS airlines, they are hiring only nationality because for them as symbol that airlines are from Malaysia, same goes to their logo of the airlines, its logo is the Wau Bulan, a traditional Malaysian kite design. The airline's slogan is Journeys Are Made by the People You Travel With.
